One of the things we love about being wedding photographers is the awesome grandmas that we get to meet. And believe us, we've met a lot of really awesome ones. But this Grandma ... well ... she wins.

We're looking forward to this season's weddings and all of the awesome grandmas it will (undoubtedly) bring. Can't wait!

We feel so honored ... blessed, really ... to be invited into people's lives and to capture life's big moments for/with them. The fact that we get to be there to document major milestones in people's lives is such a dream. Seriously, somebody pinch us. Not really. But for reals. Except for the pinching part.

"Laughter is the shortest distance between two people" -Victor Borge. Isn't that so true? Really great couples are able to laugh together. We love it when couples laugh with/at each other/us during a photoshoot. What we don't love is to be all "... one, two, three ... SMILE ... look totally natural ... tilt your head a little ... great!" We love to have a good hard laugh. We're thankful that our clients love that too. Especially these two.

I'm sitting here at a complete loss for words. There are no words to describe the love that Kay & Danny have for each other & now for baby Graham. There are no words to describe the feeling in the air during those first days home with a new baby. And there are no words to describe the adoration I have for these three & the joy my heart feels for them. There are just no words to do any of this justice. Thankfully, there are photos. Here are a few of my favorites.

Such a beautiful girl, inside & out. And she knows how to smyze (ANTM? Tyra Banks? Anyone??). We had a great time together & I loved shooting her so much - she knew exactly what to do when I said 'put your head like this & your arms like that & kind of do this with your face'. Girl knows how to work it for the camera. See for yourself.
